Mystik Journeymen - Worldwide Underground EP

A Tribe Called Quest - The Love Moment
Ras Kass - Rasassination
Xzibit - 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz
Pete Rock - Soul Survivor
Maestro - Built to Last
Black Eyed Peas - Behind the Front
OutKast - Aquemini (not nearly as good as the first two LPs)
Redman - Doc's Da Name 2000
The Anonymous - Green and Gold EP

Outkast a disappointment?! Come on now, Aquemeni is a straight next level "black experience". And I take it you didn't feel Jay-Z this year?
